The Naval Command Center<\/strong> of the\u00a0<\/span>GdF<\/strong><\/a> <\/span>has signed a contract with Mecoil Diagnosi Meccaniche<\/strong> to analyze the lubricants in the engines and transmissions installed in their motor boats, for the purpose of predictive maintenance – a particular activity for which Mecoil holds a specific <\/span>RINA ISO 9001<\/a><\/span>\u00a0certification.<\/span><\/p>\n

A visit to the Mecoil Laboratory was thus set up, during which the internal processes and procedures were checked to ensure that samples from the numerous units along the Italian coasts could flow in without issues, the analysis and reporting of which will lead to a more efficient management of the Institution\u2019s engines.<\/p>\n

We also had the opportunity to examine the potential of the\u00a0data sharing system”Permantenere<\/a><\/span>” with the leaders of the Naval Center.<\/p>\n

We are confident that last Tuesday\u2019s visit will help to improve the institutional relationships between the people working on board of the units, the people coordinating their activities, and Mecoil as a third party to verify the operational safety of the engines.<\/p>\n
