{"id":715,"date":"2010-06-27T12:01:08","date_gmt":"2010-06-27T12:01:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mecoil.net\/?p=715"},"modified":"2024-09-12T11:12:43","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T09:12:43","slug":"ritorno-da-euromaintenance-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mecoil.net\/en\/2010\/06\/27\/back-from-euromaintenance-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"Back from Euromaintenance 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>In the beginning of the program (with former Solvay-PE plant) the oil samples were collected and delivered to the laboratory (located in Florence) and the analytical results (feedback) was initially sent trough regular mail (hard copies) with a certain delay on follow-up.<\/p>\n<p>After the introduction of e-mail, the certificates, on a custom made excel file were addressed to the supervisor, to be transferred in the internal data base for trending capabilities. With this step, a lot of time was saved and the speeding up of process was considered very cost effective, in the optic of reducing potential damages.<\/p>\n<p>The third stage (year 2002) was the introduction of a web based platform capable to manage the samples\u2019 flow and the results, as well as corrective actions to be taken. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.permantenere.net\">Permantenere<\/a> became a web shared data management system, holding technical information from the field, feedbacks &amp; lab\u2019s results.
