Spectroil Series

SpectrOil Rotating Disk Electrode Optical Emission Spectroscopy (RDE-OES) is a proven means of precisely determining elemental composition in engine oil, coolant, fuels, grease, process water, and a wide variety of critical operating fluids. For decades this robust technology has been used as both a quality control tool and machine health monitor.

Spectroil M

The SpectrOil M/N-W is the military version of the SpectrOil M family of oil and fuel analysis spectrometers. It is a compact, rugged, transportable and easy to use spectrometer designed specifically for the analysis of wear metals, contaminants and additives in lubricants, hydraulic fluids and coolants. The SpectrOil M/N-W uses the time-tested and reliable rotating disc electrode (RDE) technique to measure quantities of dissolved and suspended fine particles in natural or synthetic petroleum based products and coolants.

FluidScan Series

The FluidScan® 1100 provides direct quantitative measurement of a lubricant’s condition and plays an important role in Machine Condition Monitoring (MCM) for proactive and predictive maintenance in Reliability Management programs.

FerroCheck

The FerroCheck 2000 is a portable magnetometer offering accuracy and convenience for total ferrous measurement of in-service lubricating oils.

MiniVisc Series

MiniVisc 3000 series viscometers are the first truly portable, solvent-free, temperature-controlled 40C kinematic viscometers, providing high-accuracy measurements for easy detection of viscosity variations caused by contamination, mix-up and oil degradation. The devices were designed to determine kinematic viscosity in the field for applications where immediate results are essential for determining the health of critical equipment.

FDM 6000

The 6000 Fuel Dilution Meter (FDM) is a portable fuel dilution meter that can be used in the laboratory or in the field to provide rapid and accurate measurements of fuel contamination in engine oil.

LaserNet 200 Series

Particle Counter, Wear Particle Classifier, Ferrous Monitor. The LaserNet 200 series features LaserNet Fines®, the world’s best oil particle counter technology. With an intuitive, configurable GUI and no calibration required, the LaserNet 200 series is fast, accurate and easy to use.

MiniLab Series

Oil analysis provides early indications of equipment wear and identifies the root causes of corrosion. On-site oil analysis eliminates the wait associated with sending samples off-site and enables immediate decision making.

MicroLab Series

The MicroLab is a fully automated oil analyzer that provides diagnostic analysis of engine, generator, gear box, hydraulics, power steering, and transmission fluids.

FieldLab 58

FieldLab 58 is a rugged, portable expeditionary fluid analysis system that gives operators in the field the ability to perform comprehensive, mobile lubricant sampling. The battery-powered device enables complete lubricant assessment for condition monitoring and rapid results that permit informed maintenance decisions.

InfraCal2 Series

The InfraCal 2 Biodiesel Blend Analyzer for measuring percent biodiesel in diesel is the ideal solution where a quick, accurate, on-site measurement is required and a single, repetitive biodiesel blend analysis is needed. The InfraCal 2 is based on proven IR technology, originally developed by Wilks, and used by regulatory agencies and fuel terminals worldwide.

TruVu 360™
